So when I unpacked my Wandwoo I installed a camera, TV and Wandwoo but couldn't get it to work. HOWEVER, I called my time zone and knew the call would not be answered. This is where it gets interesting! The next day I received a mysterious call, similar to the many phone calls we all receive. I didn't answer, called again, I didn't answer, called again. I answered and as I was driving and waiting for the telemarketer I heard 5 words and hung up. HOWEVER, it was Serena in Wandwoo. and she left me a message. I called back and he switched to VM which made me think I'll never get a call back now. Surprise! A minute later my phone rings again and it's Serena. I apologized for hanging up and complimented her perseverance! We had a good troubleshooting session and if I had unpacked a different camera and cable I would have found out for myself that the problem was a broken Cat 6 cable! Serena's patience was just epic, unlike many other people we all deal with. Serena listened carefully and actually thought and solved mistakes. I had support people in my companies. and just wish that everyone on my staff would be as supportive on the day as Serena was. To fix things, the company sent me a 100-foot Cat-6 instead of the 60-foot Cat-6 I actually bought. Yes, their cable supplier let them down but the way they handled everything was very good.
