Review on VASAGLE Ladder Shelf Rustic Brown by Dawn Rodrigues

I had quite an unpleasant experience with this bookshelf. The initial goal was for it to match our new table, also from Songmics. So far the table is great and we had no problems setting it up. However, it was a completely opposite experience. When we opened the box, we initially had all the parts to assemble, but we couldn't find the hardware anywhere. I had to contact Songmics support to get the gear and they were happy to talk and respond. However, when we received the new gear in the mail, parts were missing! It didn't matter as the screws they sent didn't fit the holes drilled in the bookshelf anyway. Even if they contained everything you need, this thing wouldn't be durable at all. The instructions for building it were terrible too. We ended up sending it back and, despite our good experience with this table, will most likely not be buying any more Songmics furniture in the near future.
