Not included with exhaust manifold side bolts. The factory bolts are welded to the flange, so you need to buy 3 bolts and use the factory nuts. It comes with gaskets, two rear bolts and two nuts on the other end of the exhaust pipe. I also had to bend the exhaust pipe bracket a bit to get the exhaust pipe out, they bent it back with a ball hammer because I couldn't get the bushing onto the bolt. This part fitted well with the 2013 Equinox. Addendum: 3 months later the check engine light on the cat came on again. I bought a warranty on this part and bought the same one 3 months later and the check engine light came on again. I raised this with the mechanic and he told me there isn't a lot of platinum on these aftermarkets. He also said they would only need to turn off the check engine light to pass the inspection and then sell the car to someone else. . That being said I wouldn't buy these cheap ones unless you're trying to pawn the car to someone else.
