Bought to replace wicks in candles that weren't burning properly (I've had candles where the top layer of wax wouldn't melt no matter how long I let them burn). I used a candle warmer to completely melt the wax, removed the old wick and replaced it with this one. However, the wooden wick kept falling off, so I had to improvise and use a very long bread binder to hold the wick in place while the wax cooled (see picture for demonstration). My candles are now melting everywhere, so mission accomplished!
