Was thrilled to get these boots here at PNW for the wet, cold winters. The boot feels durable, it was waterproof and kept my feet warm and dry. The zipper has always been difficult to close, especially at the transition from foot to ankle. Bought them in February 2020. It is now April 2022. My zipper broke on my way to work this morning. I had to work hard to get my foot out of the shoe. Impossible to close the zipper as it is well stuck in the upper part. An absolute letdown for this shoe. I don't know how to pedal at home. I'll probably have to unzip the top so I can put my foot back in and head home. I give one star because of the quality. At this price, that shouldn't happen.
