"I don't have time to bleed. "

Some of the bad reviews make me question the mental ability of some people to bleed the brakes. It really isn't a rocket operation and if you don't know what you are doing: READ THE TUTORIAL or WATCH THE VIDEO ON YOUTUBE. Step 1: Get some kind of container. If you're struggling with the concept of bleeding your brakes, buy a bottle of Gatorade (electrolytes help your brain function better and activate neurons you never use). Make two holes in the bottle; one for the vinyl tubing and one to displace the volume of air coming out of the bottle. If you don't do this, problems may arise. 2 holes, 1 cup. Step 2: Clean the exhaust valve with brake cleaner. This is important because there is all sorts of manufacturing junk that can keep the exhaust valve open after the first actuation. CLEAN IT before assembly and first flush. Maybe workers in China need Gatorade more than you do? Who knows. Step 3: Use a turkey syringe or squirt to remove as much liquid as possible from the master cylinder and place it in the Gatorade bottle. Be sure to fill it up as much as possible so it can cover the tube you are inserting. Bottle. This is important so you don't have to worry about air getting into the hose if the check valve fails. Make sure the arrow on the check valve is pointing INSIDE the reservoir you are filling with brake fluid. Fill the master cylinder with fresh fluid. Step 4: Loosen the bleed screw with a RULER WRENCH, HEXAGONAL WRENCH or INTERNAL WRENCH. Using a regular wrench will most likely round off the bleed valve while trying to open it. Using minimal force, loosen the bleed screw and then tighten it immediately. Connect the vinyl hose and then loosen the fitting slightly until you see fluid coming out. If you lose it more, it just pulls air through the vent threads. There's a sweet spot, and that's usually where you'll see the liquid leaking out. Be sure to position the vinyl hose so it goes over the brake bleeder before routing it down into the bottle. This way, if there is air in the lines, it doesn't want to be drawn back into your calipers/wheel cylinders. Step 5: Depress the brake pedal 3-4 times and observe the fluid level in the master cylinder. If you do it right, you won't see any bubbles in the line, and the fluid will change color from dark to clear as the new brake fluid clears the line. DO NOT run the master cylinder dry. Otherwise you will force air bubbles out of the lines. Move from the farthest wheel cylinder/caliper to the wheel cylinder closest to the master cylinder. Step 6: After all of the outlet valves have drained of fluid, make sure to close them securely and top off the master cylinder. Depress the brake pedal several times to make sure it is working properly. That's literally all it takes to bleed the brakes. This device is literally just a failsafe/useful tool to make bleeding your own brakes as easy as possible. If you're having trouble, drink some Gatorade and try again.
