I bought this after reading the review below about how amazing it is, how durable it is and syncs seamlessly. Spring. it's not like this. To be fair, maybe we used different management consoles? I used CM18445. First, as soon as you move the mouthpiece while placing it on the charger, it splits into 2 parts. Annoying, but you can get used to it. Problem in operation - Using this device is incredibly troublesome! It can be a block of flats, but not an office block. Examples: 1. Telephone rings, headset rings, you pick up (so far, so good!). Now you need to put the caller on hold. NO! Nobody can do without returning that call to the console (causing terrible feedback noise), and then you can put someone on hold. Fail. #2 You want to make an outgoing call on Line 2 (or dial another line) - you need to dial the number from the console and then FAST (before they pick up the phone and you look like an idiot on your work phone) you scroll down the menu need to transfer the call to the headset. This is simply unacceptable when you are receiving and making calls on a regular basis in a business setting. This division didn't last a day - it's not here! Oh, forgot to mention I added a windsock to the mouthpiece because it picks up echoes and background noise for the receiver and generally has poor sound quality. Garbage. Avoid.
