The original had a problem with Wi-Fi + storage. The exchange works great!
Apparently it's not uncommon for some of these boards to have memory and wi-fi errors (the wi-fi chip dies and runs sd/emmc to remount it to be in the to read online). The replacement was sent quickly, no problems so far.
