    Made for a woman who wanted to have her 'own' computer rather than share mine. How the PC replacement works. Preloaded with an OS that includes Chrome and Libre Office, I literally didn't have to do anything to get it working for them. After adding it to the 33" monitor, I tied it to the monitor stand to keep the desk *clean* - nothing but the keyboard cable on the desk!     Great case, good if you want to put it where kids can damage the board.

    This is my first Raspberry Pi and it's a fun way to learn Linux. There is a learning curve and it is used to create a retropy. So a 7 year old would use this and one of my biggest fears is that he might fall on it while jumping while playing. In which case I think it could hop on it for half an hour as well and the only issues I think will be how the HDMI/power jacks survive and it has nothing to do with how well this body was made . cheaper individually if you're really hunting, but as this…

    Very disappointed! - Computers and accessories

    After numerous attempts to contact Vilros customer service through all channels, as well as searching the forums for independent help, I have been unable to get this Pi to work! After loading, the screen would flicker and turn on until there was a response. I even drove an hour and a half to buy an official power supply to no avail. I also used another multi-OS SD card but just couldn't get it to work. Seems like a good package, but it doesn't matter if it doesn't work! Months later still…

    complete set with quality components

    good solid construction. Nice finish - very presentable. The fan is very quiet at low speed. (Also supports high speed mode.) Good quality power supply and switch. Required micro HDMI cable included; ok, i didn't even know i needed this. Also, my kit included a second micro-HDMI cable as a "bonus"; I didn't even know RPi4 had a second video! My kit came with Noobs 3.2.1. It worked, although of course it required an immediate system update.

    Raspberry Pi 4 problems with Valro's starter kit

    No fix works, Raspberry Pi 4 freezes and doesn't respond, only a power reset lets you see the desktop again. First, the screws for the Valros RaspberryPi 4 Cover Installation Kit were missing from the product. I have made every attempt to fix the problem and get help from the product vendor. Checked by regular checks, checked by replacing a new SD card, replacing the power supply with a new one, but still to no avail.     Great SBC for learning UNIX/Linux, easy to set up and use.

    I liked everything in one case - I didn't have to worry about the right power supply, heatsink, fan (much needed) and a solid metal case. BUT - you can't close the case with the heatsinks. There are two metal pins on the top of the case that make contact with the Raspberry Pi (no heatsinks) to hold it in place. Once you've attached the heatsinks, you can't close the case. The instructions (very sparse) do not mention this. Building, booting, installing the operating system and getting a fully…

    Overall a good kit but the case cannot be used without modification

    Overall Raspberry Pi 4 works, the cables and power supply that come with it work but the case doesn't fit. This means that the power and HDMI ports will not be fully inserted, rendering the device with the case unusable. Overall a good package but the case cannot be used unless you drel or otherwise widen the holes

    Awesome kit. Ready to use in minutes. The only thing to note is that you have to do without two small heat sinks so that the housing fits. There was no mention of this in the attached documents. Otherwise I am completely satisfied.
