Review on Vilros Raspberry Pi 4 4GB Complete Starter Kit - Black Fan-Cooled Aluminum Case for Heavy-Duty Performance by Michael Tran

No fix works, Raspberry Pi 4 freezes and doesn't respond, only a power reset lets you see the desktop again. First, the screws for the Valros RaspberryPi 4 Cover Installation Kit were missing from the product. I have made every attempt to fix the problem and get help from the product vendor. Checked by regular checks, checked by replacing a new SD card, replacing the power supply with a new one, but still to no avail. The Valros system suddenly freezes and only a reboot/power on brings the system back.
