complete set with quality components
good solid construction. Nice finish - very presentable. The fan is very quiet at low speed. (Also supports high speed mode.) Good quality power supply and switch. Required micro HDMI cable included; ok, i didn't even know i needed this. Also, my kit included a second micro-HDMI cable as a "bonus"; I didn't even know RPi4 had a second video! My kit came with Noobs 3.2.1. It worked, although of course it required an immediate system update.
