The reviews are true - this chair is a beast to assemble but the customer service is great. No. 1 tip: Start with the middle bolt. I spent a great deal of time trying to screw all three bolts in to connect the chair’s back to the seat. This is the very first step of assembly and can be difficult. Keep the first two bolts slightly loose so that the final bolt can be installed, then tighten all three. The chair is very sturdy and fairly comfortable, but it will take a lot of patience, some know-how, and improvisation to get it together. It looks fantastic all put together, though!Customer service is phenomenal! In my communication with them we did have some misunderstandings/miscommunication and they responded with complete professionalism and courtesy. They will do whatever is necessary to make a problem right, so definitely give them a chance to work with you on the problem and have clear communication.
