I bought this for my son's birthday last year. He really only uses it for Steam or Epic games. He is very careful with his things and is only allowed to use them on weekends when all the housework is done. As such, there weren't many clocks on this laptop. We had it for about 7 months before it crashed for no reason. Everything was fine, I turned it off after the game, then after a few days I went to turn it on and it hung. My friend has experience repairing computers, so he ended up disassembling it and installing a new smaller hard drive. So we got my son a 1TB hard drive for Christmas so he can put the laptop back where it was before the crash. Now inserting it was a nightmare because the laptop doesn't recognize the new drive. The laptop has 2 slots for 2 hard drives but now we think one of the slots is working so the hard drives are screwed up. In any case, I will be using another laptop almost exclusively at this point. It was a good price, but NOT if she keeps dying. My advice to anyone buying a laptop is to choose a different brand!
