Ideal for muscle knots and pain
My husband has a lot of "knots" in his back muscles from a cervical spine injury, and although we have a physical therapy ball to use, he often falls off when leaning against a wall. This whip is perfect, although to be honest it looks a bit strange. We don't use whips for anything, but most of the time we use a ball. He can hold the end of the whip like a handle and lean against the wall to relieve pressure without worrying about the ball falling and rolling. For that it works great.
