
The perfect frittata can be prepared quickly and easily in this way. I give the product itself 5 stars, the instructions are not very good. I had to do a few experiments to find what works best because the egg was runny at first and then overcooked. But now I think I've found the perfect recipe (at least for my microwave). You can use up to two eggs and whatever ingredients you like or have on hand. I always add a little milk to make it fluffier. I microwave at maximum power for one minute with the fan closed, then another two minutes with the fan open. When all is said and done, I have a three-minute breakfast that cooks itself while I get ready. Note: the more filling you put in, the less the egg will fit and it may overflow. I also find it very non-sticky. Frittata just slipped out with no problem.
