I bought this pack and ended up removing the top bellows protecting the gimbal six weeks after installing it on the boat. I saw water dripping from a hose clamp as I pulled the boat out to replace the prop. I bought the Sierra furs and looked closely at the differences, there were definitely many differences. The hose clamps that protect your U-joint are made from inferior stainless steel and aren't as well constructed as Sierra's bellows. The bellows ends are not as well constructed compared to the Sierra bellows. The raised ridge inside the bellows was not as well defined compared to the Sierra bellows. This makes a big difference as the hose clamp slides right over this ledge, which fits into a groove at the top of the housing. A poor fit can result in a leak, which happened to my boat.
