Cheap and excellent! This is a great value dog harness vest. It goes through the head and around the stomach. My dog doesn't like the step harness and has a big head for a small dog. It works well. The only problem: I didn't order the right size. I had to get Wednesday. He weighs about 20 pounds and tall is a bit tall. It works, I just know the setting would suit him better. I'll keep it if it keeps growing. I like the lightweight material so it can breathe and dirt just soaks through. He's a rough guy with game times and it seems to be working out well. The quality is good and the colors are great. TIP: If your dog weighs less than 20 pounds, get a medium.
