Great item! Removes all stains left by your pet. Removes stains! It really is like that! Even old stains and odors! love this product! I've used many products from grocery stores to pet stores to mop accessories and bought machines that claim to vacuum up pet stains to the dirtiest depths. These items can't get where the urine drips were unless you rip the upholstery out of the furniture? I have used this product to clean dogs, cats and other animals. I use the OUT spray, saturate furniture with this agent, let it dry, stains and odors disappear. If the stain is really deep I continue the same procedure and it goes away! I also use it for human stains and odors! The best stuff! Thanks to everyone who developed this product. Smells good too! I buy orange flavoring because cats and dogs don't like the orange smell, so pets are most likely avoiding not returning to their favorite spot on the potty. Make sure you read the instructions?
