The best part of CPALabs is that it integrates directly with our ERP system (SAP) which makes life much easier for us. Also, the support team has been very responsive to questions we have had since going live with CPALabs. There are some minor features (e.g., user interface improvements like adding more data entry screens) that could be improved upon. We would like to make a few recommendations to improve the product to the client's satisfaction. However, we have not encountered any such issues so far. We use CPALabs to manage and report on critical project information, including budget, schedule, and resources. The ability to track our KPIs is invaluable. The ability to create multiple workflows for different clients, which makes it easy to manage your business process! Also, being able to see what tasks are left unassigned or not assigned at all. I wish there would be more customizable reporting features. Reporting could also use some improvement from an admin perspective. It's been very helpful for us as we have been creating new processes and updating our existing ones with ease.
