The software company behind cplace, Munich-based collaboration Factory AG, was established and is managed by project management mastermind Dr. Rupert Stuffer. - User interface that's easy enough beginners & non tech savvy could understand it.
- Ability connect with other software such as SAP (which we currently do) via Web Services API
- Easy integration between various departments; Ease in creating new products/services or services within each department while maintaining their integrity separate from one another

- More documentation would help when learning how certain features function
