I love that it allows me access from anywhere! And my staff loves being able use their phones as well, which makes things easier for them too!! The customer service has been great so far with troubleshooting any issues we've had at this point (which haven't really come up). There's nothing about GATE SENTRY itself - other than how easy of an install/use they make you have once set-up -- but if there were some better tutorials out there maybe? We're solving problems like giving our guests options when booking reservations online instead having someone try call us all day every week asking where he can book his reservation now since none show yet etc...
