This hair is very soft, the bangs came very long which was irritating to cut but once you’re done it is a relief. Only thing is the top, I dont like how you can kind of feel the tracks but it is easy to hide & not very noticeable. As well as the real head vortex, it isn’t exactly centered in the middle. But, i overlook that because of the quality of the hair. I would definitely order from this brand again, customer service is excellent & they reply as soon as they can which is beautiful because of the time difference. Overall i’ll give it a 9.7/10.
