The support team at indeni are always available for help if you have any issues or questions regarding your cloud products. They also provide good training material which helps in understanding how each product works. I dislike most about this service is there lack of integration between cloud services. You will require multiple licences to use all these cloud services together. If you want one stop shop then go ahead but otherwise it's not worth paying extra money for additional licenses. We were solving our problems by using different types of cloud solutions like AWS, Azure etc. But we realized that we cannot deploy them as single solution because of compatibility issue. So in order to solve such scenarios we used Cloud Foundry to build microservices architecture.
