Review on Satechi USB C Charging Cable Compatible by Dean Pinheiro

I bought an external SSD hard drive with 1000m/s read/write speed, but I needed a slightly longer cable than the one that came with it. This allowed me to attach the drive to the back of my computer. I didn't test it until I had over 1TB of data on it (which took forever). After I was done, I checked the drive's speed only to see that it hit about 40m/s! I switched the cable back to standard and am now getting about 950m/s which is pretty close to what is advertised. I would not recommend this cable.
