Review on LAUNCH Creader VIII OBD2 Scanner by Agonia Ajdini

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Inexpensive, easy to use and get data

It works well. If you know how to use them and understand all the meanings. Compared with a cheap OBD scanner with bluetooth, it is much better. Simplified layout, easy to read and valuable. I'm looking forward to testing this on a friend, a car that has some issues that the torque app can't show e.g. B. an ABS problem on his 2000 Camaro. Also in response to someone who said it can't make your abs bleed, most units can't cost more than $800 or you'll need a GM Tech II to modulate the ABS unit. I'm also using this on an older Firebird machine from 2001, so the features may not be available as of this point. I always recommend if you are a beginner like me, Google is not your friend when learning about these crawlers. It is always better to find the original service manual for the car. Sometimes you can find a free PDF or just buy manuals.

Pros
  • Diagnostic, test and measurement tools
Cons
  • Big and bulky
