I will not buy again
My steam mop died and I decided to try this one. I'm going back to the steam cleaner though all stop working after about 8 months because it's a very weak cleaning mechanism. You can't put any pressure on the mop at all. If you lived in a top floor apartment with no kids or pets I'm sure this would meet your cleaning needs but I have real dirt and live in the country with kids so it just doesn't fit.
