We are spending soooo much more time indoors during lockdown. I've noticed that the floor gets dirtier faster now. This mop makes cleaning easier.

I was expecting it to be a bit heavier so it can get really clean. It is too easy to evade real purification. I just take a washcloth and place it on the edge of my lightweight mop. It should have cost $20. No higher than 50.

The mop is very portable and easy to install. Nothing special, but it does what it's supposed to. I've only had it for a few weeks so remains to be seen how hard it is. Now I don't have to hand wash our tile floors which puts a strain on my back and legs. Basically I'm satisfied so far.

My steam mop died and I decided to try this one. I'm going back to the steam cleaner though all stop working after about 8 months because it's a very weak cleaning mechanism. You can't put any pressure on the mop at all. If you lived in a top floor apartment with no kids or pets I'm sure this would meet your cleaning needs but I have real dirt and live in the country with kids so it just doesn't fit.

I previously gave 2 stars because I thought it wouldn't charge after 3 uses. I later realized it was my own stupidity. I was looking for charging bulbs in the wrong place. I love this mop. My back and hips hurt. This makes cleaning so much easier! I see on my floors that it also removes the build up that Swifter leaves behind as my hardwood floors start to shine again instead of Swifter's dull look.

I really liked this product when I received it but the handle is extremely thin plastic and broke the second time I used it. Customer service texted me that they have sent me a new pen (I don't know how this will work as the pen has all the electrical wires). Of course I've never "fedexed" anything and now I'm left with a piece of junk. I was about to change my review but as I have never received a new one I would say I am buying a tried and true brand. Don't trust this seller.

I have nice dark laminate floors that NEVER look clean. I have three dogs and live in the country, so my floors are always dirty, snowy, and covered in paw prints. When wiping (which actually happens very often) there is always a film and stains on the floor. I bought this hoping it might polish this movie but no luck. It just left round marks on the floor. It doesn't seem to be very good at removing dirt from the floor, even if the pads are made of decent microfiber material.

Update: The seller sent me a new mop free of charge within a few days of my first review. I've updated my overall rating to reflect the quality of customer service and because this broom works fine on my hardwood floors as long as it works. As we are fortunate to have our house professionally cleaned on a regular basis I have only used this mop for quick/deep cleaning of our floors since we had a puppy and started potty training - when it arrived the labeling made it clear that Should this not…
