The best part of being an administrator at BC communities, other than providing fantastic support for our customers through live chat (24/7), email or phone are all great features! I dislike when people do not read everything they receive from us before clicking "accept." There have been cases where we would send them one way tickets only then weeks later find out it was actually sent incorrectly resulting into cancelling those flights due customer service failing once again after accepting incorrect ticketing information. Try using this program if you're looking as ways how organizations like yours can connect more effectively internally while having access outside too since everyone needs some sorta connection nowadays right? We also provide services such has business trips which provides better opportunities by connecting clients who need something done within Bccommunites platforms but don't know about bc communties itself yet so just come here first :) The dashboard is easy to use and the customer service is great. I have not found any downsides. bCommunities has been a great addition to our organization. It is a great tool for our organization to connect and share information. It has been a great tool for us to help get the word out about our organization and what we are doing. It has helped us to connect with other organizations in our area.
