Review on 🚀 Bully Dog GT Platinum Diesel Diagnostic and Performance Tuner - 40420 - With 4-Preloaded Tunes by Ben Chase

First I did an online update but it didn't install on my 12 RAM 3500. Called BD and they had great customer service but I had to install updates manually. We are camper drivers and pull 17,500 #5th wheel. I've tried different settings but don't see it helping at all. I leave it plugged in all the time to easily change the settings but I just don't see any difference. I bought it to increase fuel economy but haven't noticed a significant difference, I don't see any increase in performance, I'm not even sure if it works. although he says it is. I would return if possible. But I think I've waited too long. I tried different settings to see if I could feel the difference. But I don't feel waste of my money! Sorry guys but I can't give a good review.
