It's adorable but the top is way to big.
I think it's adorable but the top area is way to big and kinda hangs off. I don't want to return it and size down because I'm afraid the bottom will be too small. I may keep it and see if I can get it altered. It's a cute dress but it's like when you get an odd/off item that they made a mistake on at the store. It's to π cuz otherwise it would have been adorable.
