I bought a DVI2USB 3.0 to record video conferences from our Polycom HDX system. It works so well that Polycom should include it with every system it sells. After we figured out how to switch the TV signal from the VC device from component to DVI (this is listed at the end of the VC admin guide), the capture device worked perfectly. Remember that you need to record audio separately. We are using USB 3 and the quality of the recorded output is excellent. Remember that the quality of the VC signal also plays a key role. For less than $1,000 we turned our VC system into a TV recording studio.
