It took me 4 pairs of shoes to find the pair that fit me best. Their size is different. I am 4.5 male/6 female but her height is 4.5m/5.5w which was too small. Then I ordered 5M/6W but they sent me 7M/8W. I requested a replacement but the 5M/6W was still too small - too narrow and tight for my foot. 5.5M/6.5W suits me much better. Be sure to buy one size larger!
