We eat a lot of hamburgers - it's a quick and easy fix - so buy 10-20 lb hamburgers. for now. I make a few mini meatloafs, fry some for small hot meals, and the rest for burgers. And I spent what seemed like forever scooping a hamburger, making balls, rolling patties, etc. I only scoop 1/2 or 1/3 cup with this press. Put the beef in the press, close the lid, turn out onto a small piece of paper and you're done. It takes about 15 seconds for each cutlet! What a time saver! The product appears to be well made and was very easy to use and clean. I highly recommend.
