Review on 🔌 Enhanced Motorcraft YH-1715 Blower Motor Resistor by Don Merritt

Works as intended, fixes fan issues immediately. Good part, wish I needed it at all. Only recently installed, durability not tested yet. For Ford Motor Company - I have had this problem over the years on 3 different models of Ford vehicles, all of which failed due to circuit board leaks and internal corrosion. Obviously this is a design issue, there are hundreds if not thousands of similar posts on the internet car forums. Find the best way to craft these components. In fact, today's solid state electronics are a simple part that should never fail. While I appreciate that it's somewhat self-repairable, it's still in a very awkward spot behind the upward-facing glove box. It would make more sense to put the connection on the outside. But if properly sealed it would require no maintenance at all.
