I usually buy a medium size, listen to the reviews and buy a size up (large) and they fit perfectly! I workout 2-3 times a week, I'm 5ft 8" and 170-175lbs. They are great for training. The thin (but durable) material lets your feet breathe and doesn't sweat. They look great although the photo I took probably isn't that great just wanted to prove the purchase. Hope they come in more colors. One suggestion is that they just make the mesh part of the inseam the same color as the rest of the pants so it doesn't show up as a random stripe. Another recommendation would be to either make the pockets a little deeper or zip them up. I know it has a zipper on one side of the case, but it's a very small case and won't fit most phones. Anyway, overall a great purchase!
