Not suitable for most clip applications
French clip is a great way to hang large items, whiteboards, mirrors, shelves, headboards, etc. on walls. It's more of an educational presentation of the concept, but it's too small to use for these items and too big to hang most pictures. The included screws and plastic anchors are useless and will need to be replaced with longer, stronger hardware store fasteners for all real-world applications. Easily 3 times more expensive than what the materials warrant - I'd recommend a visit to a hardware store instead.
