Sturdy and doesn't hurt my back
I've been using this for school and I'm glad I bought it!I tend to have a lot of neck/shoulder/upper back problems/pain and this backpack doesn't make things worse, even when filled with my laptop, notebooks, files, and tools. I've even clipped another tool bag to the outside of it and worn it on my back like that and it still didn't hurt.
- Love the padded straps and charging capability.
- The TSA lock feature may be unnecessary for some users and add extra weight to the backpack
