Enough to last, and oh yeah, I wash the hair ties I've worn in the shower weekly with a lightly scented shampoo that I don't use as a shampoo, then rinse them well and hang them up to clean the Shampoo bottle pumps and the air conditioner to dry. Gather everything after drying and they are clean and ready to use. Do not machine wash or wash with strong detergent. You get a little sweet smell from this scented shampoo. No doubt the body gel you love can work for that too. Anyway, I'm happy with it.
