Compare this to the competitor's black glow/grip. The first is from Canada, the second from China. Not sure as one of them has a 2" glow and the other 3/4" Black Glow 1/2". Tried both on Moisture Sheild Composite Decking which is difficult to adhere to a pressure sensitive adhesive backing due to PVC content , and embossed "granule" that forms grooves and pads.Neither stuck, both glowed plus for 4-5 hours and varnished them with Minwax wood hardener. Both stuck firmly. It has a finer texture to the sandpaper surface, although the overall surface is rough , while the white tape has no grain or adhesion to the glow strip but part of the grip is much rougher with it...on the boat, went with the black variety.
