This compression kit works very well. It was nice that they offered customers multiple kit options so they could choose the subjects that needed therapy, unlike other brands I've purchased. In addition, each shoe has two widths, my brother, who has thicker feet, was able to use them too. I have tried them several times and they are a great remedy for tired legs. After a run or a long day at work where you have to walk or stand a lot, your leg muscles take a lot of strain and the leg sleeves really help with muscle recovery. The manual was easy to understand and not too wordy, with about six settings to choose from at different pressure levels. The best thing is that it is rechargeable. Once it's charged, you don't have to plug it into an outlet and use it elsewhere.
