WARNING! Three out of four cartridges did not work properly!
When I installed the TN227BK cartridge it left black spots on every page I print. Brother customer service confirmed that the cartridge I received was a genuine Brother machine and that the only solution to this problem is to replace the cartridge. After initially being told that I was alone because I bought the cartridge over 90 days ago, Brother agreed to send me a replacement. Update: When I replaced the C, M and Y cartridges, only cyan prints correctly. Now I have to try to figure out how to replace them. Headache. Update: The seller has sent a full refund. Although I appreciate it, I will not risk ordering toner cartridges here again.
