This was my first stabilizer which I bought about 10 months ago when I first bought my embroidery machine. The main means recommended is the separation of the middle mass. I would not recommend this product for projects that require heavy stitching in a specific area. On the plus side, this fleece doesn't stretch and hard-to-remove parts will soften with washing. This is excellent value for a large reel.
