Review on SupportFinity by Chris Pettway

The best thing about supportfity was that they were able to deliver their service within budgeted time frame, without any delay or interruption in services; they are quick at responding queries & solving issues which helps me get my work done easily! Nothing specifically disliked so far but I would say some features could be improved like better UI for customer management etc., overall it's good experience working w/ them thus recommend anyone who needs quality help should give this platform try out!! We used these guys as our outsourced team members (based outside India) while we're managing all client facing activities ourselves through office hours only using email / phone calls - no meetings needed ever since then its been smooth sailing!!
