Great platform with excellent staff and fantastic pricing

I like that it's easy to use, they have great customer service when you need help or if there are any problems in your account! It can be confusing at times because all their features seem similar but some things aren't as customizable for example our email templates which we needed were not available so had no choice other then using something else instead (which was terrible). The only thing i dislike about this software would probably just sound silly since its such amazing product overall…

  • What i like best about SupportFinity is its simplicity and the ease to keep tabs on any of your client’s information

  • What i dislike about SupportFinity is that its not too user or customizable and sometimes not compatible with other systems/services

Good alternative cost effective option of Offshore staffing

The best thing about supportfity was that they were able to deliver their service within budgeted time frame, without any delay or interruption in services; they are quick at responding queries & solving issues which helps me get my work done easily! Nothing specifically disliked so far but I would say some features could be improved like better UI for customer management etc., overall it's good experience working w/ them thus recommend anyone who needs quality help should give this platform…
