Bought this copier here at Revain, it's listed as new. After a week the copier stopped working. The error code was for the toner cartridge. I did as per the instructions to fix it but it didn't work. The toner cartridge felt slightly empty even though it had only been used for a maximum of a dozen copies. We called Xerox, diagnosed it over the phone and bought a new cartridge and drum overnight. Great job for Xerox, bad job for Revain for selling a machine with a nearly empty toner cartridge. When I gave Xerox support the serial number they said this unit was registered as used and was registered 1 year ago. I had to fax them my invoice from Revain which states it was only a week from the sale date and the car was sold new. Among other things, this machine works perfectly and quickly.
