Delivery without box and packaging. I took out the wand and it looked smudged like it had been used and returned. I was very disappointed but I really needed the mascara for my trip so I had no choice but to try it. Well I kept reapplying and NOTHING happened to my lashes. This only made matters worse by causing them to stick together and giving the appearance of even fewer lashes. The ones I get from the actual Lancôme meter don't. I should have just taken a trip to the mall. What a plagiarism and a dishonest product description. This seller has definitely made some 'modifications' to the product, or it may even be a completely different product.
