It is exactly like pictured,and after charging it once I've been able to use it everyday for the last week and the charge is still going strong. It fits my sonic toothbrush great! If course with a product like this you can't verify that its actually working or doing anything, it's very easy-to-use and I just place the tip of the brush in the cleaner and close it, the blue light comes on for five minutes while it's cleaning.
