Revainrating 5 out of 5

The noises are ok. Volume and light are fixed. Well done.

Update: a few months already. We are not bothered by noise (we prefer shhh/white noise) and my child understands the color system and knows to stay in bed. It can't get him to listen, but he likes the topic and immediately understands the purpose. They have lowered the price from $45 to $30 at the time of this update. The product seems to be much more suitable for the price. First review: The product came quickly and the packaging was adequate. There are not many reviews for this product yet. so I hesitated to buy. We bought this for my 2 year old to help him transition from crib to bed. We haven't used it overnight yet, so I'll delve into the item itself rather than its effectiveness (yet). The watch was very easy to set up with no instructions, although instructions are provided. I haven't set any sleep timers, but there are only three settings buttons (below) and they're very simple. You can use standard or military watches. It has no alarm function. The thermostat is very sensitive, so just handling the product can greatly affect the thermostat reading. It took about 20 minutes of downtime on the shelf for it to be on par with our home thermostat. The power cord of the power adapter can be 1.50 m long. A button battery, I think that you only need to save the settings, do not allow the actual use of light or sound. The night light can be turned off, but the brightness cannot be adjusted. It's very bright. The light is red rather than orange. Luckily, the light doesn't actually come out of the machine itself, so it doesn't illuminate the room. I wouldn't put that on an equal footing with your child, though. I suppose it can be devastating when they're trying to sleep. Facial expression is fine. My child doesn't seem concerned or interested in them. The sound of a hair dryer is exactly like this, but completely monotonous (in contrast to the distortion you hear when the hair dryer moves during use). The "shhh" sound is regular white noise. The heartbeat is not what I expected. It says mother. What is good. Our other sound machine speaks uterus/heartbeat and it's a nice slow steady sound. It's like an ultrasound. Which I think will be correct. But that doesn't exactly relax me, and that noise immediately annoys my husband. My kid doesn't mind, but we haven't tried it overnight either. NOTE** The volume is NOT adjustable. This seems like the right amount, but it won't be enough for some families. In terms of materials, the car seems to be well made. On the left side (sound side) there were places where the red buttons sort of tinted the white case. The car was a little smaller than I expected. For some reason I thought it was almost twice the size. I'm pretty sure it's my own fault and not a description error. The size isn't really something I was worried about no matter what. I will update this review as we used it for a couple of nights. So far I'm happy with the product given the limited usage we've had over the past few hours. I find the price at 45 € a bit high. I think $35 would be more reasonable for this item but if it helps my kid stay in bed I'm sure the price would be good. what I was worried about, no matter what. Pros
  • Make sure your child's room temperature is optimal for sleeping with the room temperature sensor - the temperature is shown on the screen and the right side lights up when it's too hot, too cold or just right.
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
