It's been well over a year since I started using it. On sometimes, I go the entire day without removing it from my body. Sometimes one ear will become fatigued, but the device may be switched over to the other ear with relative ease. But, after some adjustment period, you may find that you forget you are wearing a headset at all. The battery has an operating life of six hours, and it can remain in standby mode for an almost unrestricted amount of time. If you talk and listen to relatively little content, you won't need to charge it as frequently as you might think. I watch movies at night with this item in my ear; the sound isn't in stereo, of course, but there aren't any wires or complicated equipment on my head either. The range of communication for Bluetooth is equivalent to that of a home or apartment. I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy this.
