Hot or cold bowl? Instructions must be included with orders. Orders received but no instructions. So far I am happy with the order. Weeding was easy. I used an auto blade at level 2, speed 5, power 5 and 1 pass. I'm hoping to get great results with the heat press and exfoliation. And how it holds up after washing. Good. This comment is after using the vinyl. So far I think the product is great. I used 330 F for 20 seconds. I did a warm scrub where the letters had to be held down because they would rise and a cold scrub which was much better. The letters didn't come. I also glued the letters to white vinyl (not Thermoflex). It turned out great. I just hope that washing the t-shirts will keep the letters on them. Keep for updates.
